KLN is a community directory helping neighbors find local churches, nonprofits, businesses, and services in the Ka'ū and South Kona area. We aggregate publicly available information to make it easier for community members to connect.

Unclaimed listings are pulled from public sources (websites, Google, social media). KLN does not endorse, partner with, or verify these organizations. Their presence in the directory does not imply any affiliation with KLN.

All unclaimed listings display source and last verification date so you know where the info came from.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current. Business hours, phone numbers, and addresses may change. That's why we make it easy to claim, edit, or report issues.

Never rely on outdated listing info for critical services. Always verify by calling or visiting directly.

Organizations can claim their listing by verifying they represent the org via:

• Email verification: Send code to organization's public email
• Phone verification: Call organization's public phone with code
• Manual review: Admin verifies within 48 hours

Once verified, claimants can update contact info, hours, photos, and more. Unverified claimants can make minor edits pending admin review.

Suggest Edit: Anyone can suggest corrections to unclaimed or claimed listings. We review and publish if accurate.

Report Issue: Report incorrect info, impersonation, or safety concerns for immediate review.

Request Removal: Organizations can request removal by verifying their identity. We'll remove the listing and keep a minimal internal record to prevent re-importing.

Only verified representatives should claim or edit listings. Fake claims will be removed, and repeat offenders may be blocked from the platform. If you see impersonation, report it immediately.

KLN displays only public business contact info. We do not publish:

• Personal home addresses
• Personal phone numbers
• Personal email addresses
• Any other private data

If you see private info posted, report it immediately for removal.

Only upload images you own or have permission to use (logos, photos of your business). Do not upload copyrighted images without permission.

If you see copyrighted images used without permission, we offer a takedown process. Report the image immediately with evidence of your copyright, and we'll review and remove if warranted.
